Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

In Store Orders:

No cancellation after the 3 days of date purchased in store will be accepted and the full amount of the dress will be due and payable as shown on your invoice.

Should you cancel your order within 7 (SEVEN)) working days of placing your order the full deposit will be forfeited and an administration fee of $100.00 will be charged. You will no longer have any claim to the dress and we are at liberty to try and sell the dress or replace it into the store for selling purposes.

Alterations will be quoted and charged in addition to the price of the gown.  Full payment of the dress must be made before any alterations will commence.

Liability

Your measurements are taken at the time of placing your order.  We cannot be responsible should your body measurements fluctuate after the initial measurements have been taken or if you choose to order a different size to our recommended size.

New bridal gowns and dresses may vary slightly from the original sample in colour and/or shading due to the variations in dye lots and availability of material.

Any dress left on our premises in storage is left at the customer’s own risk. Dresses must be collected within a maximum of 6 months from date of order unless otherwise arranged.  Uncollected gowns will be returned to stock and resold.  Deposits are forfeited if orders are not collected.  We do not take any responsibility for a garment once it has left our possession.

Online Orders:

DRESS IS THE SIZE YOU ORDERED BUT DOES NOT FIT

Dresses that do not fit but fit the specifications that you ordered may not be returned or exchanged.

COLOUR MISMATCH

The setting on your computer screen may alter the colour of the pictures shown on our website. Slight colour mismatches in shade, tone or hue, between the colour of your dress and the colour shown on screen does not mean that the dress is defective or incorrectly shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong colour please contact us immediately.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED OR ITEMS

You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective or damaged items. If you believe that your items were damaged during delivery you must obtain "proof of damage" documentation from your delivery carrier. Please contact us immediately in this unlikely event.
