ARE DRESSES DELIVERED EXACTLY THE SAME AS IN THE PICTURES ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes – the dress you will receive will be exactly the same as shown on our website

WHICH DELIVERY COMPANY DO YOU USE AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

We use Australian Standard Post for Australian deliveries and TNT or DHL for international deliveries.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY WEDDING DRESS IS DELIVERED?

Our normal delivery is 12 - 14 weeks.  However, we can offer an express manufacturing service whereby you will receive your dress within 10 - 12 weeks for an additional $50.00.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes we do accept returns subject to our Terms and Conditions.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal, Visa and Master Card
